Unless otherwise stated, all meetings will take place at Upwell Village Hall. Members of the public are cordially invited to attend any meeting. Residents can address the Council at the start of the meeting but may only speak thereafter with the permission of the Chairman. A councillor will be available, as indicated, 30 minutes before each full Council meeting to discuss, in confidence, concerns about any issue pertaining to the running of the Parish.
