Accessibility

The Upwell Parish website has been designed to be accessible to everybody. We would welcome any feedback, so please contact us at: upwellpc@googlemail.com

The site has a simple structure. At the top of each page, there are useful links; including an 'Increase/Decrease Text Size' link. The left-hand navigation expands as you click on the main section headings. On each page there is a 'breadcrumb trail', which tells you where you are within the site. The name of the main section is given first > then the sub-section > then the name of the page you are on.

Access Keys
Access keys provide keyboard shortcuts to go to different pages of the website, for example using the '1' key returns the user to the home page. This website has a number of keyboard shortcuts set up to help with navigation using the letter and number keys on your keyboard (but not the number pad).

Windows
Press the 'Alt' key in combination with the relevant 'Access Key':

Please note that Access Keys are not supported by Netscape 4, Opera 6 & Firefox.

Macintosh
Macintosh users should press the Ctrl key in combination with the relevant Access Key. Under Mac OS 9, Access Keys are not supported by Internet Explorer 4, Internet Explorer 4.5, Mozilla, Netscape 4 and Opera 5. Please note that under Mac OS X 10, Access Keys are not supported by Mozilla, OmniWeb 4 and Safari.
